These terms apply to work carried out by Mase Plumbing 24/7, run by Connor Mason, based in Raunds, Northamptonshire.

## Quotes and pricing
Quotes are provided before work wherever possible. Emergency and diagnostic jobs may be priced after inspection. Some jobs may be charged on a time and materials basis depending on complexity, and you will be told this before work goes ahead.

## Deposits
Larger jobs may require a deposit, depending on the job and material costs. This will be agreed with you in advance.

## Payment
Payment is accepted by bank transfer or cash. Card payments are not accepted.

## Emergency call-outs
Emergency call-outs are available. We may be on another job, so response times cannot be guaranteed. Reviews mention typical arrival within the hour, but this is not a promise.

## Scope of work
Mase Plumbing 24/7 does not carry out any gas work, including boiler installation, servicing, repair or gas safety certificates.

## Workmanship
All work is completed to a high standard. Where applicable, we stand behind our workmanship: if an issue arises from work we've carried out, we'll return to put it right. This does not cover faults in parts or systems we did not work on, misuse, or damage caused by others.

## Insurance
Mase Plumbing 24/7 holds £2,000,000 public liability insurance.

## Access and information
Please provide safe access to the work area and tell us about anything relevant, such as known leaks, previous repairs or hazards.
